The place was big enough for the four of us and was overall nice and clean. Communication with Saleh was easy and he also showed us around in his car when we first arrived so that we could easily find the nearest grocery store etc. He also offered his help throughout the whole stay if there was anything we needed. The doorman, Robiul, was great and really helped us a lot as well! We also liked the area and would definitely recommend this place. "

Property - the living area,kitchen and bedrooms are nice but the bathrooms are very small and fixtures are dated. Location- based on my friends and family who are familiar with the area..this part of Banani is not that safe at night. During day it felt safe. Host- host Saleh is alright. If you call him with any issues he usually whines about hiw precious guests did not complain but eventually resolves the issue."

The two bedrooms are large and well-furnished with attached bathrooms with showers. The third bedroom is large enough for a couple as well. The host Saleh is very responsive and helpful. He responded to all of our needs promptly. Also, the guards ("Darwans" in Bengali) of the building are exceptionally nice and helpful. We stayed at the place for 4 weeks and felt like we were staying at our home. If you are traveling from North America or Europe to participate in a wedding and need a place for your family to stay around the Dhanmondi area then I would highly recommend this place to you."

They were always available and even gave us a maid for approximately $9 USD. The caretaker also recommended places to eat and nearby groceries. He also came upstairs to help when needed. Saleh's description of the unit was also accurate and every member of my family liked the unit. The nights were really comfortable. We used uber to get here. Initially it was hard to find but for future reference, if you are taking Uber, enter "Rupayan Castle" into the address bar. We used Uber to travel everywhere. Using Uber, everything was minutes away. The building is really safe too. It's in a gated community and keeps away the unwanted views of Dhaka. When I come back, I am sure to pick one of Saleh's units. You will not go wrong booking with him. "

Saleh is a perfect host, responding fast. I will defiantly recommend this flat and will book it again later this year. A truly gem in a buzzling city.

The aircons, water heater, and washing machine, work as needed. The kithcen is large and has almost everything to prepare and eat food at the apartment. The owner is very prompt in looking into any issues and has a responsible team. Recommend this place for people looking to stay in a nice area in Uttara"

We stayed for one month and Saleh was always reachable and ready to answer questions about the apartment or about Dhaka. One day we went on a trip with Saleh and he showed us some places around Dhaka and drove us around. He is very kind to all of his guests and even invited everyone for diner at his office. We would recommend to rent an apartment from him."

The microwave was broken and the owner replaced it with a new one within 12 hours. Very convenient area, shopping mall and restaurants are in walking distance. The apartment is in the heart of the city. Pan Pacific Hotel was in walking distance. Very dfriendly people around. I will stay again in future if I visit Dhaka again."
